TERMS & CONDITIONS – MG WORKFORCE

These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by:

MagGuney Ltd (trading as MG Workforce)

2. Services

MG Workforce provides recruitment and labour supply services, including:

• Temporary staff supply 
• Permanent recruitment services 
• Workforce support across multiple sectors 

We act as an intermediary between clients and candidates.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate job requirements and working conditions 
• Ensure a safe working environment 
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations 
• Supervise workers during assignments 
• Notify us of any issues promptly

4. Candidate / Worker Responsibilities

Workers supplied through MG Workforce must:

• Provide accurate information 
• Hold the legal right to work in the UK 
• Perform duties to a reasonable standard 
• Follow client instructions and site rules

5. Fees and Payments

• Fees for services will be agreed prior to engagement 
• Invoices must be paid within the agreed terms 
• Late payments may result in suspension of services 
• We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in line with UK law

5A. Deposit and Payment Terms

To secure staffing services, clients are required to pay a one-week deposit in advance prior to the commencement of any assignment.

This deposit will be:

• Held against the first invoice(s), or 
• Applied as agreed between both parties

Weekly Invoicing

• All work carried out during the week will be invoiced weekly 
• Invoices will be issued on Thursday 
• Payment is due on receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing 

Late Payment

• Failure to pay invoices on time may result in: 
  • Immediate suspension of services 
  • Withdrawal of workers 
• We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 

Non-Payment Protection

We reserve the right to:

• Withhold further supply of workers 
• Require additional upfront payments 
• Terminate services in case of repeated late or missed payments

6. Cancellation

• Clients must provide reasonable notice if cancelling staff requirements 
• We reserve the right to charge fees for late cancellations or no-shows

7. Liability

• MG Workforce takes reasonable steps to match suitable candidates 
• We do not guarantee the performance of any individual worker 
• We are not liable for any loss, damage or delay caused by workers supplied, except where required by law

8. Insurance

Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance cover, including employer’s liability insurance where required.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business, personal or operational information shared during the course of working together.

10. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are breached 
• Payments are not made 
• There is misuse of our services

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
